Bottom line: I probably wouldn’t repurchase unless the scent lasted longer. It smells really nice at first, and I genuinely liked the fragrances, but they faded quickly on me.

The wax was actually fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved for days, so I reached out for an update and ended up stuck in that annoying support loop where they just kept telling me to check the tracking, which was the whole reason I contacted them. I don’t mind a small delay, but the lack of real info made it frustrating. I might order again if I’m not in a hurry, but the delivery experience was definitely a letdown

I’ve tried a handful of melts from Sassy Shop Wax, and the scent selection is definitely one of the bigger ones I’ve come across. I had fun picking out a mix of bakery and fruity scents, and I liked that there always seemed to be something new or a little different to try.

That said, browsing can get a little overwhelming, especially when the scent names don’t really tell you much about what they’ll smell like. A few ended up being really nice in my home, but others just weren’t my thing. Overall, I’d say it’s a good shop if you like experimenting, but it can be a bit hit or miss.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from sassyshopwax.com — I grabbed a few wax melts they really didn’t live up to what I expected.

They smelled decent enough in the packaging, but once I actually melted them, the scent was really weak and disappeared quickly. A couple of them were also crumbly and messy, which made them kind of annoying to use.
For the price, I expected much better quality. I personally wouldn’t order again, and I’d suggest being careful if you’re hoping for strong, long-lasting scents

I’m always a little skeptical when I have to deal with customer service, and this didn’t exactly change my mind. It took them a while to reply, which was frustrating, but once they finally got back to me, they did help sort things out. Overall, not terrible, just not especially reassuring either.

The wax itself seemed fine, I guess, but the packaging was kind of confusing. The box showed up crushed, and one of the lids was loose, so everything just felt a bit messy when I opened it. I wasn’t really expecting that, especially for the price.
